The B&B is situated in a Sixties residence next to the Reanissance San Giovanni gate. With its large own garden beside the sixteenth-century city walls, the b&b is sorrounded by trees and green, in the historical center of Padua.

It offers its warm hospitality in a renewed room with private bathroom, for a single traveller.Recently restored with a particular attention to thermal and acoustic insulation, the room is on the ground floor, its window looks on to the garden. There’s a single bed, a large wardrobe, a table, some shelves and free wi-fi connection. The entrance is indipendent.

The room is wide, but it’s intentionally for only one guest, for her/his best comfort.The bedroom communicates with the bathroom: it’s got a large windows looking on to the garden. Recently rebuilt, it’s got a large shower with non-skid mosaic floor and hairdryer. Close to the bedroom, there’s a wide living room with two windowed walls looking on to the garden. With its sofa, chaise-longues and home theatre dvd it’s perfect for your relaxation in spring and summer.

The garden lies next the XVI century walls, built by the Serenissima after Da Carrara defeat. In the middle of the garden, hidden from sight behind bushes and trees, there’s a high magnolia. There are also a lot of colourful flowers. It’s perfect for relaxing or tanning. The whole house is surrounded by a wide public garden.
