Padronale is the main apartment of the villa. It is composed of a large living room with fireplace, 5 bedrooms (3 of which with private bathroom), a dining room, a kitchen (equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher) and 4 bathrooms with shower. The aesthetics of this apartment includes original terracotta floors, wooden coffered ceilings and antique furniture.
Villa Fabbroni also contains a small number of more compact apartments. While the swimming pool, common areas and restaurant are shared facilities, the Villa Fabbroni estate offers numerous private spaces and activity options, so that guests can choose to socialize or stay isolated according to their preferences.
