The apartment is situated in a 19th century. building, with elevator, in a safe and well-to-do part of town, full of shops, restaurants, pubs, cinemas and characteristic nightclubs.
The clean, elegantly furnished rooms overlook the ancient ruins of the Horti di Sallustio, all that remain of one of the most impressive constructions of Imperial Rome, the vast monumental gardens that separated the Pincio from the Quirinale.
B&B, a completely renovated apartment, has charming, spacious rooms with vaulted ceilings and parquet floors. All rooms, whether double triple, four and five bed room,have wrought iron beds with orthopedic mattresses, closets, desks, night tables, color TV.
The apartment has a large, well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The B&B's study is equipped with a computer hooked up to the internet free. For those who like to read, a well-stocked library will soon be available.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by Laura and Michela (young sister) in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. They will be happy to help you with information and suggestions to make your stay in Rome as comfortable and pleasurable as possible. Quality is the key.

Logement un peu à l'écart du centre ville qui impose de beaucoup marcher ou prendre les transports en commun. Accueil de très bonne qualité. Propre, on a demandé à changer un couverture qui sentait mauvais. Cela a été fait immédiatement.

tout très bien...la seule chose qui a été difficile c'est le bruit de la nuit...comme nous sommes au centre de Rome et qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation il fallait dormir la fenêtre ouverte alors...mais rien d'autre a signaler. Merci.

Sehr empfehlenswertes B&B. Liegt in einer nicht ganz so touristischen Gegend, die etwas abseits, dafür aber ruhiger ist. Dennoch gut zu erreichen und nicht weit zu Bus/Bahn/Sehenswürdigkeiten. Restaurants/Eiscafes in unmittelbarer Nähe. Laura, die Gastgeberin, ist sehr nett und gibt viele Tipps. Die Sauberkeit ist excellent und selbst an Kleinigkeiten wie Strom-Adapter und Fussmassegeöl wurde gedacht. Man darf sich hier wie zuhause fühlen. Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

quartier relativement commode mais le problème majeur est le bruit. Les chambres donnent sur 2 rues dans lesquels le passage des voitures et des deux-roues est incessant jusqu'à une heure avancée de la nuit ,la terrasse du restaurant juste en face est aussi source de bruit notable. La chambre qui m'a été donnée n'était séparée de sa voisine que par une plaque de contreplaqué de 5 mm d'ép
