We have three bedrooms, one double or twin for disabled guests on the ground floor, one double on the first floor and one family available as double or twin plus an extra bed all with private bathroom, The furniture is simple and you will find bedside tables, a wardrobe, a desk, a mirror, a flat screen TV and a minibar.
We are located at Sinnai 15 minutes from the beaches of the coast Cagliari and Quartese , 17 km from the water park Diverland, 10 minutes from Cagliari , 15 km from Cagliari Elmas airport and the port of Cagliari all reachable via the ARST CTM or Taxi services , a few minutes from a fantastic pine forest ,where from the highest point you can see a wonderful overview of various countries of the Hinterland Cagliari.
We are located in a residential area, with all the various amenities available and with various shops, all can be reached with a very simple walk.
In our town there are various festivals including sporting events, cultural events or entertainment .
