Three simple and elegant double rooms are available to guests with an exclusive bathroom inside the rooms and every comfort: TV, DVD, stereo + CD, minibar, individual air conditioning for a fee. Upon request, each of the double rooms can also be booked as triple rooms.
Services :
Breakfast (Italian) with additional payment of €7/person only if booked, served at the table in a special room with courtesy and abundance.
Reading corner available with small library.
For guests who wish, the owner provides a paid garage (min €10 - max €15 per day depending on the size of the car)
For the period from 19 December to 7 January and for the Easter period, we only accept reservations for a minimum of 2 nights.
Upon request, the owner organizes tours of Rome with vintage cars and motorbikes (English Cabrio 1960, American Cabrio 1974, sidecar motorbike 1938, Alfa flagship sedan 1990).
The check-in time is before 8.00 pm - For check-in after this time an extra 20.00 euros per room is required

Signor Rossi was great--very friendly and interesting. The room was good; things need a little update, particularly in the bathroom. Guests should be aware that the B&B is close to public transportation and we used that easily. However they should also realize that the room is NOT in the center of town, and thus one cannot expect to easily make the aller/venir from the centro storico to the B&B and back, for example if you wanted to spend the day doing your sightseeing, return to the room, and go out for dinner in the center of town in the evening--there would simply be too much time traveling. The B&B IS in a lovely residential neighborhood, however, and there are great restaurants/cafes close by!

Il proprietario è molto cortese e disponibile, il suo B&B è ubicato in una zona molto tranquilla e servita da ogni tipo di negozio. L'ambiente è signorile ma non ostentato, con diverse soluzioni di soggiorno, Camere Matrimoniali, app,tino, camere triple ecc. Dal B&B si può raggiungere a piedi in meno di 30', il Vaticano e comunque le fermate del Bus 990 sono a soli 20 mt dal cancello del palazzo.

Este tipo de Servicio ofertado por BB Italia a través de sus planes de Bed & Breakfast, serían imposible sin la esmerada atención de las personas que nos atendieron. Somos hoteleros por excelencia y decidimos probar esta modalidad de alojamiento, nos sentimos como en nuestras mismas casas, como en familia, el propietario de la vivienda y su hija son tan hospitalarios, tan sencillos , eficaces y de detalles que en realidad nos sentimos nostálgicos al marcharnos.
