Air conditioning and WiFi available.

The dining area, spacious and bright, includes a table with chairs where you can comfortably eat all meals, a sofa for your relaxation and a fully equipped kitchenette to cook whenever you like.

The large bedroom has a king-size bed, two bedside tables, a sofa bed, a spacious wardrobe and a TV.

The bathroom, including toilet, bidet and shower, also has a washing machine, hairdryer and a beauty kit.

When you arrive, besides the friendly welcome of Federica, who manages the apartment and will always try to meet every request and need during your stay, you will find a tourist map of Rome with directions and useful information, as well as a small voucher valid for a discount on breakfast and / or lunch at the bar in front of the building.
