Vaticano Romantico is a luxurious accommodation in the heart of Rome. Situated in an impressive palace from the end of the 19th century, it is located just a few steps away from Vatican City.

Our guest house is the ideal destination for spending a pleasurable vacation as well as satisfying business needs. The rooms are all complete with:
- marble floors and modern decor,
- private en-suite bathroom, free WiFi access,
- safe
- minibar
- air conditioning and heating.

The guest house is composed by 3 rooms: one suite, which can host up to 4 guests, one double room and one single room.

The Michelangelo Suite, with it is refined and elegant style, is the ideal choice for a nice stay in the Eternal City for families or groups of friends. It features two rooms with en-suite bathrooms. From the two windows, you can enjoy a unique view that includes: St. Peter’s Dome, Michelangelo’s Vatican walls of the 16th century, the Belvedere palace with the very famous spiral staircase of Bramante and the Galera fountain. In the first and quite spacious room, there is a double bed with nightstands, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers and, on the corner, a square table. Through a sliding door you may access the second room, which has dual functions as a living room and bedroom with a bunk bed as well as a large wardrobe from the early 20th century containing a quite original kitchenette fully furnished with burners, hood, sink and refrigerator. The suite has finally a spacious bathroom.

The double room, called Raffaello, is the ideal choice for couples. The room overlooks the inner courtyard of the building and is therefore very quiet and well aerated. In the room there is a double wrought iron canopy bed, nightstands and a wardrobe. In front of the window, there is a small wrought iron table with two armchairs where you can sip a tea while relaxing. The private bathroom finished in Travertine marble features a sink and a shower.

The single room, called Caravaggio, is equipped with a 190X160 sofa bed and has a private adjacent bathroom. The room overlooks the inner courtyard of the building and is therefore very quiet and well aerated. The room features a two-door wardrobe and a mini-refrigerator. The private bathroom features a sink and shower.
The common area is available for use by the guests of the B&B and include the atrium of the structure which also functions as a breakfast room.

In the vestibule, there is a library where you can find romance novels and books, tourist guides and maps, card and board games and a large variety of DVDs.

St. Peter’s Basilica, the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel are just a short walk away from the door of our Guesthouse. In the neighborhood, the places of most interest at walking distance include the historical Rione Borgo behind the Vatican and Castel Sant’Angelo as you head towards the bridge Ponte Sant’Angelo. In just a few short minutes, you can also reach Piazza Navona and Via dei Coronari.

Our guest house is an optimal point of departure for just about any tour that you may decide to take between the wonders of the Eternal City, whether by foot or for those who opt to go by bus, as well as those who decide to use the metro. In only twenty minutes, you can reach Piazza del Popolo, a point of departure for reaching the most famous and fascinating places of Rome: Via del Corso, Piazza di Spagna, Via Condotti, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Colonna, the Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, the Roman Forum and the Colosseum.
