The flat situated on the 4th floor (with lift) is quiet, bright and has a pleasant view, over a little cas- tle of the 17 th cemtury.It has recently been redecorated to a high standard in a modern-style.
From the square of San Giovanni, which is one of the most important connection points in the city one can catch BUSES and COACHES to all destinations. While, via the UNDERGROUND (line A – Manzoni stop) that is 50 metres from B&B it is possible, in a few minutes, to reach the Spanish Steps, Popolo Square and St Peter’s. The central railway station of Rome (TERMINI) is only at five minutes away by taxi; or two stops away by tube (line A).
With the same UNDERGROUND ( line A) is possible to arrive also near the Ciampino’s airport.
The room (completely decorated with original stuccos) have a refrigerator, Wifi TV and air-conditioning. The room is spacious, with high walls, panoramic and elegant..
An extra bed can be put in the room on request.
The bathroom situated in the hall is shared.

first it was annoying when we got the message 1 week before we started our holiday that due to website problems there was an overbooking and we would get a substitute apartement (for the same price). it was situated a bit more outside but after all it was a great stay. we had perfect connections with the subway, the apartement was really great and the surrounding very comfortable and quiete with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. the very friendly and nice host giovanni took care everyday and provided us with croissants, marmelade etc. everything was very pleasant. we hopefully will come back and visit the incredible city rome again.

L'immeuble n'est pas en bon état et la chambre assez triste, même si lumineuse. Il n'y a aucun service mis à disposition avec la chambre : pas de petit déjeuner, pas de cuisine. La propreté des lieux laisse à désirer. Par contre, le quartier est calme et plutôt bien placé.

L'appartement est bien situé 1 km du colissé. Il est agréable et propre. L'appartement comporte deux chambres dont une était louée semble-t-il par des résidents. Les locataires étaients très bruyants. Ils prenaient leurs douches entre 1h et 3h du matin et ils fumaient dans l'appartement, au toilette notament. Le prix était très convenable puisque nous avons eu l'accès unique de la cuisine. Donc mis à part la salle de bain et le toilette, nous étions en complète autonomie. Dommage que les locataires ne soient pas plus respectueux.

Ottima la posizione dell' appartamento vicissimo alla metro. Scarsa igiene del trascurato appartamento e soprattutto nel bagno in comune con altra camera. La cucina non è stata utilizzata.
