Balduina is the highest area of Rome, though it is just two km from Saint Piter's Church, Vatican Museums and prati di Castello area. Among streets named to ancient latin writers, close to the old astronomical observatory, the Hilton Cavalieri Hotel and Zodiaco and Monte Ciocci viewpoints, in an area completely sevred for all needs, though quiet at night, the location stand in a privileged position.

At the top floor of the building, recently restructed, it has the benefit of a wonderful view of all Rome until so far as the "Castelli romani" on the other side of the city, and the exclusive access to the wide roof teraces, which make this place unique.
The room is furnished with double sized bed, private bathroom with comfortable shower, 32" led television, Internet wifi fast connection, air conditioner, patio and two huge terraces.

A common room is shared and kitchen usage is allowed, planning with hosts, while it will be possible to have breakfast either in the kitchen or in the privacy of the room, the patio or terrace.
