It is a separate cottage with a fully equipped garden with outdoor table and chairs and deck chairs extending on both sides. It has a beautiful view over the valley below.
It can accommodate up to 2 adults + 2 children or adults (in double and single beds with wooden slats and orthopedic mattresses).

The private park of secular trees and wonderful plants colors the garden and perfumes the air from the beginning of spring until the end of summer. The park is cared for with the utmost attention and is perfect for walking and cycling in the utmost privacy. The private panoramic swimming pool without chemical chlorine, is located in the middle of this paradise and measures 14x5 m. Guests can use umbrellas and comfortable loungers around it. Garden and swimming pool light up in the evening creating a wonderful atmosphere. Outdoor barbecue for socializing and savoring the good Umbrian life together.
