Our familly B&B, is close to Roma but in the center of the wondeful Roman's province.

Sleeping in our B&B give you the possibility to visit Rome, Tivoli (with Villa Adriana, Villa D'este e Villa Gregoriana and the thermal baths), The Castelli Romani with the delicaties foods and a lot of beautiful places (Castel Gandolfo, Nemi, Frascati and Ariccia), Valmontone with the biggest outlet in Italy, and Palestrina, our small and preciose village with the Dea Fortuna museum, the small street, the tipical restaurant and with the wonderful montains (Castel San Pietro with the castel and the small square, Capranica, Guadagnolo, Rocca di Cave that are really nice during the winter and during the summer.

In about 2 hours is possible to arrive in Naple and Pompei.

Our B&B has 3 rooms each one with 4 bed (one double bed and 2 single bed) so is good for couple and for family.
In each room there is the private bathroom, the internet wi-fi connection, the hair dry, the TV, and in 2 rooms there is the balcony.

Each room has a different style and colour so you can choose your favorite.

In our price is included the break-fast, a big car parking, the possibility, if you need, to use the kitchen to cook.
