The bed and breakfast is located in the old town centre; it is in a Liberty style old mansion in via Roma, just in the heart of Palermo. Not too far you can find the most important monuments of the town: the Cathedral, the Royal Palace, Pretoria Square- with the wonderful fountain having the same name-, the Martorana Church, the Massimo Theatre.

The flat, recently renewed, has two double rooms, two triple rooms and a suite with four beds which is ideal for a four members family or two couples of friends. The furniture, chosen with the greatest care, makes the bed and breakfast a really cosy place, offering the guests a familiar, but at the same time comfortable, atmosphere.

Every bedroom is provided with private bathroom and shower, air-conditioning, fridge-bar, safe, Digital-Tv. Moreover, in the flat, you can find a computer with WIFI connection at your disposal.
