The property is located in an old stone farmhouse completely restored and renovated in 2005, entered into a property of 50 hectares in hilly area opposite the Rock of Orvieto, which is about 8 Km
Within a radius of about 4 km you will find supermarkets, shops, pharmaciesthes, the hospital, railway station and motorway. The house enjoys an incomparable view of Orvieto and the surrounding valley. The silence, the verdant countryside in all seasons, the friendliness and discretion of the owners make it a pleasant and comfortable place for staying, walking, rural tourism and cultural excursions.
The rooms used for the accommodation occupy the entire second floor of the building and have separate access from the garden. The furnishings is based on old family furniture blended with all the comforts of modern life. At guests' disposal a spacious bathroom, with bath, is on the floor, and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
The common rooms for the guests' stay are located on the ground floor and all overlook the garden, that is enclosed and equipped with living areas, BBQ, old wood stove and toys for children.
In summer breakfast is offered in the garden, while in winter the dining room with fireplace and the large kitchen are used.
