A complex of ten flats located in the panoramic medieval hamlet, 600 m above sea-level, in the province of Perugia. These flats comprise a small living-room, one or two double bedrooms, private bathroom with shower and kitchen corner. Guests may enjoy the swimming pool, a playground for children, the barbecue, the mountain-bikes, the garden and use the private car park. The village is very typical, with its terraced houses on different levels built on a steep hill which dominates the Topino valley. The tower of the medieval fortress straightens up on the rise top. The main square of the walled historical centre gathers the St. Francis’ Church and the Duomo, whose façade and the narrow portal date back to the Romanesque period (XI-XV centuries). Nearby are Gualdo Tadino, Assisi, the Frasassi caves, and Spello, which can be reached in one hour.
