Bed & Breakfast PORTA NOLANA

This B&B is in front of Porta Nolana, an old entrance to the city that today is home to the most picturesque and well supplied Neopolitan fish market. Porta Nolana is just a few paces from the old town and the central station. 20 metres away is the Circumvesuviana line that connects this area with the modern Centro Direzionale, Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Ercolano and Vesuvius. 200 metres from the B&B guests will find the central station, the Metro and the entrance to the A1 and Salerno-Reggio Calabria motorways. Bus routes lead to the nearby airport, town centre and port from where Capri, Ischia and Procida can be reached. Guests are offered a double room that can also be a twin.

The room is tastefully decorated and nicely furnished which gives it a pleasant atmosphere. All the rooms have private en-suite, WiFi connection, TV and a small balcony from where visitors can enjoy the colorful view of this city full of character. A tasty breakfast based on local products is served by the owner in the common room.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans le B&B de la Porta Nolana. Très bon accueil dès le premier jour. Sanju qui est là la plupart du temps a tout fait pour que je me sente à l'aise et comme à la maison. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. La chambre était confortable. J'ai très bien dormi malgré le bruit environnant. La décoration est simple et rustique. Par contre, magnifique vue sur la ville et le Vésuve du balcon de ma chambre. Le seul point négatif: le plomberie de la salle de bain qui était un peu usée et qui mériterait quelques réparations. Mais sinon tout fonctionnait bien. Tout était très agréable! Je recommande chaudement ce B&B car c'est d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix et les grands sites touristiques se trouvent à proximité. La gare centrale se trouvant seulement à 5 minutes à pied.
