Nestled in the stillness of the untouched beauty of the Marche countryside, the B&B (from the name of the Elder tree which is the symbol of the garden) is 12 km from Macerata, 18 km from the sea and 80 km from Falconara airport.
The B&B is an exclusive location that lies beyond the imagination and transmits a sense of deep peace; this is the real essence of home living and you are made to feel as both guest and friend rather than a customer
There are three bedrooms (a fourth is soon to be added), all different, each equipped with all amenities (individually set air conditioning, TV and wifi, minibar, hairdryer, linen, bathrobes, slippers and courtesy set). All have chestnut beams in the ceilings, whilst the wooden floors are made of the beams salvaged from the old house.A great deal of attention has been given to detail: the French fabrics that cover the beds and hang as drapes, Pierre Frey, with red and lilac, and single colour flowers.
Prints and paintings decorate the walls to echo the theme of each room.
The bathrooms are little gems: surfaces in antique or handmade maiolica, with washbasins in stone or restored antique marble.
Another ample space is reserved for the splendid infinity pool, surrounded by a lawn fully equipped with elegant and comfortable sunbeds for relaxing in the sun, and bordered by many-coloured flowers.
