The B&B is located in the historic center of Montepulciano, called the pearl of the Renaissance for its beautiful historic buildings and the main square and famous for its wine, the Nobile wine.

The B&B is a 3-storey building, without elevator, completely renovated recovering the typical architectural elements of the area such as the wooden beams of the ceilings and the terracotta and parquet floors, integrating them with the modern comforts of the bathrooms and systems.

Staying here is not just sleeping but it is living an experience that integrates you with the country and its inhabitants, just outside the door of the building you will find the artisan shops, the family restaurants where there is still a grandmother who makes handmade pasta, the historic cellars where you can taste the famous wine, overlooking the views of the Valdichiana and Valdorcia.

The B&B is made up of 5 different rooms. 2 Family rooms consisting of lounge, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower; 2 deluxe double bedrooms comprising lounge, bedroom and bathroom with shower; 1 junior suite with Jacuzzi in the room and bathroom with shower. All rooms are equipped with TV, wifi with ultrafast fiber, heating and fans, hairdryer, fridge and kettle for tea and coffee.
Breakfast is served in the historic coffee of Montepulciano, which is located just 10 meters from the property, from which you can enjoy a wonderful panorama of the lakes
