Montecatini Alto, a town of considerable charm with its narrow medieval streets, Piazza Giusti, the Tower of Ugolino and its walls, the church of St. Peter and the beautiful promenade that surrounds the village, with views across the Valdinievole and over. The country is in a central position with respect to the most beautiful places in Tuscany: art cities such as Florence at 50km, 30km Lucca, Pisa 50 km and sea such as the Versilia at 50km.

The apartment is located inside the 'pedestrian area and can be reached by public car park next door (about 20m) on the second floor of a building of our property completely renovated in the 90's.

The living area consists of: large kitchen with fridge-freeser, washing machine, hob, American plank can also be used for eating meals, large living room divided by central fireplace, in the dining-room and living room with TV, bathroom with over shower, all furnished with modern furniture in light wood.

In the sleeping area there are: bedroom furniture classic (with added single bed), bedroom with two single beds single modern, safe, bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer.

From the master bedroom and the living room leads to a porch with panoramic views of the surrounding hills until the entire Valdinievole Pistoia.
