the center of Bologna, where you can relax and indulge in wine, culinary and cultural tours.

A few miles away you will find 2 golf courses, CAI trekking or mountain bike paths, or relax on loungers in
the garden.

The stone farmhouse dated 1713, has been completely renewed, with a large garden and surrounded by forests of black locusts, walnut and elm trees where it is not difficult to see deers and wildlife.

At your disposal there is a large open plan loft with sleeping area, living area, private bathroom, satellite TV
and wi-fi.
The rich breakfast with local products may be served in or on the ground floor, while in summer it will be
served in the garden.
