Cancellation Policy

1.1 Transfer of reservation: The consumer who is unable to take advantage of travel booked, can transfer the booking to a third person who meets the conditions required for the trip, after informing the Diesse Hotels Srl by fax or e-mail , which must be received no later than 4 days before departure, giving the complete name of the transferee. However, the Ducal Palace Suites is not responsible for any failure to accept a new contact by outside service providers (accommodation). The traveler transferor and the transferee are jointly and severally liable for payment of the balance, as well as the additional costs from such sale, equal to € 30.00. 1.2 Withdrawal: If you cancel the travel contract, the consumer must pay, in return for withdrawal pursuant to Art.
