Cancellation Policy
• If the reservation is cancelled, the tenant will have to pay: v 30% of the rent if the cancellation occurs before the 30 days prior to the rented period. v 50% of the rent if the cancellation occurs within the 30 days prior to the rented period. v 100% of the rent if the cancellation occurs within the 10 days prior to the rented period.
