This Bed &Breakfast is in Marta, a small, characteristic fishing village 314 metres above sea level on the southern shores of Italy's largest volcanic lake: Bolsena Lake. It is 23 km north-west of Viterbo in upper Lazio. The lake district is divided into two parts: the first, the side that goes from the port to the historical centre, is mainly dedicated to fishing and has a beach with nets and boats. It is a typical medieval village made up of small terraced houses within the city walls. The town centre isn't accessible by car. For guests there are two double bedrooms and a bedroom that sleeps four with a double bed and a set of bunk beds. There is a private bathroom (suitable for disabled guests) and TV in all the bedrooms, air-conditioning and self-service espresso coffee machine. Breakfast is served in the dining room. Guests can make use of the private garden (ramp access) with a gazebo. There is also parking. 20 metres from the accommodation there are sports facilities (football, tennis, basketball, volleyball).
