Manerba del garda is a tourist town overlooking the gulf of Lake Garda, surrounded by famous naturalistic destinations in the area such as the Rocca di Manerba which stands out with a view over much of Lake Garda, the island of Garda, a historic structure and the island of rabbits, famous because it can be reached by crossing the lake on foot.

The residence, built in 1959, has been completely renovated and has 9 apartments, one and two bedroom apartments with terrace or balcony overlooking the lake, living room with equipped kitchen, double bedroom, free internet, TV, washing machine, shower and toilet.

The free parking on the property can accommodate one vehicle.

The pool is open from April to October all day for guests.

In the evening the poolbar with can delight you with cocktails and aperitifs overlooking the lake on the gulf.
The morning market on Fridays passes directly across the street, great for buying local products such as oil and Garda wine. In the high season we also have the evening market on Tuesdays always in front of the residence with live music in the squares.
