This attic apartment is located on the third floor of a house in front of Lake Como. It is made up of a completely equipped kitchen, double sofa bed, LCD TV, DVD player, washing machine and bathroom with shower. The decor is simple and practical. Next to the house there is a small beach where guests can swim in summer. The railway station is near the B&B and many trains from here lead to Lecco and towns above the lake like Varenna, Bellano, Dervio, Piona and Colico. The well-known town of Lecco, reflected in the lake, is just a few kilometres from the B&B. It is full of cultural tours and places of interest dedicated to the famous Italian writer Alessandro Manzoni. Mount Resegone is behind the town. During the day visitors can go on pleasant boat trips on the lake or take a hydrofoil to visit other famous places like Bellagio, Menaggio, Comacina Island, Como and… George Clooney's famous villa.
