Immersed in the green hills of olive groves, off the Olio della Sabina road, Villa Surya offers guests a holiday where moments of relaxation alternate with trips to the surrounding areas. The b&b is in the Magliano Sabina area, on the border between Umbria and Lazio and can be reached by the A1 Rome Florence Motorway and by the Fiumicino-Orte railway line. The house was built with brickwork, marble and wooden finishings and is surrounded by a beautiful rose garden. There are 2 double bedrooms for guests, where a third bed can be added, a private bathroom with bath and shower and a mini apartment with a double bedroom, use of the kitchen and bathroom with shower. During the summer months, breakfast is served on the patio from where guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the Umbrian hills of Otricoli and Calvi.
