Ours is a renovated farmhouse situated in the hills of the Marche. The property is a brick-face view with large walls that preserve the internal temperature.The B & B is on the ground floor.
We are in the town of Macerata, in the campaign attacked the town. The distance from the center of the house is about 2 km.
The rooms are spacious and bright and both have en suite facilities. They both have a double bed and one of them has an extra bed. The style of the house has not been changed so they are visible from the wooden beams and ceilings volte.I bathrooms have a shower, toilet, bidet, towels.
A large garden lies in front of the house and an inground pool cheers the days of the guests. Beside the pool is a gazebo with table, chairs and barbecue. Outside a tennis ping pong.
The structure is "environmentally friendly" because the electricity is supplied by a photovoltaic system and a solar hot water. Construction materials used for the construction of the B & B are organic and the pool is salt.
The surrounding area is beautiful from the town of Macerata has Sferisterio in its flagship
