Lisciano Niccone, Farmhouse in Villa vicino Lago Trasimeno

Situated between Umbria and Tuscany in the countryside more authentic, among hills, forests and the great Lake Trasimeno (10 minutes), next to the most delightful villages and sophisticated cities of art: Assisi, Siena (40') but also Castel Rigone, the feud Montecolognola.
Magnificent scenery ....

Our villa is widespread because varied: an old manor house with two suites, is surrounded by other buildings that we call "maisonettes" (former barn, caretaker's house ..) with tasteful guest rooms, a house and "hostel" all 'interior of the villa (detail ... NO !! ???), also the ancient church.
Our garden many corners, and many reserved, it is full of trees but also trees, the large pool only the sun and the scenery are the protagonists.

A large room that expresses our spirit, we are passionate about music and cinema, a piano, a small library, a stereo, and then to be enjoyed at any time of the year, even when there is snow.
This room is also space Seminars, created for groups that practice the most diverse disciplines: meditation, dance, yoga, body work, drama therapy, bio-dance, tantra, family constellations. It 's done at times, and is 125mq. all floors with two mirrored windows that illuminate even in the days more gray.

This our place is a place of soul.
