Pretty-nice and fabolus flat on the top floar in a block, in Grado Pineta,at just a few minutes,by bicicle, from Grado storic-old town.
On the top,at the five floor,inside the forest (pino marittimo), it is the best for beach,walking and stay quiet.
One big terrace, with outside shower, at South and one second and less big-balcony at North. The flat including one big double room,one small sleeping room (one place),a spacious sitting rrom with eventually confortable sofa-bed,a kitchenette. Elevator. Privately car-box. TV and waching machine.
It is very indicated for a couple,a couple with a baby. Maximum four people.
Very good place to stay since April till October, some time more.
