Santucci 1910 is a period house with garden in Forte dei Marmi center, on the Imperial Rome side, 300 meters from the beach.
3 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, utility room / laundry.
The house was built by Giuseppe Santucci, my great-grandfather, fencing teacher with a school on the beach, and has always been managed by our family.
The construction details and the interior furnishings of the rooms, apart from the kitchen and the main bathroom, retain the original elements in the Tuscan style of the early twentieth century. They are from 110 years ago: imperfect, ancient and simple, as the builder of the house wanted them.
The accommodation includes all household accessories and has a full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine.
Winter heating is not included in the price of the stay and will be paid separately according to consumption.This property is located at the beginning of the center and is close to the sea. On foot you can reach any place in no time. The garden also has a convenient side space for bicycles. For the beach, if you notify me first, I can contact the bathing establishments and find the possibilities. And what about the expense? Send me a list of things to buy in advance and you will find the fridge and pantry stocked upon your arrival.
