The Loft dei Duelli, an apartment in Ferrara, is located on the ground floor of a fifteenth-century building overlooking Piazzetta San Michele.
The loft has private access from Vicolo dei Duelli (independent entrance), one of the oldest streets in the historic center, little known to the Ferrarese themselves (private alley with access only by residents), scene of incredible settlements of accounts at the time of Alfonso II D'este.
It is located 200 meters from the Duomo of the city and, 300 meters from the Estense Castle, a central but super quiet area, it will not seem like you are one minute walk from the town square.
The result of careful restructuring that has recovered its ancient flavor, the stay in this loft will let you enter the soul of Ferrara.
The structure is ideal for two people but it can accommodate up to 4 being equipped with a double bed and a double sofa bed.
Composed of a single room of 35 square meters it has been cleverly divided into a day and night area; the ceiling with exposed
sandblasted beams and the
original stone elements make the place a cozy little refuge.
The kitchen is complete with
electric oven, microwave, induction hob, toaster, dishes and everything you need for preparing meals.
The windowed bathroom has a comfortable
crystal shower and is equipped with a
washing machine.
The
armored door, the shatterproof windows, the air conditioning / heat pump and a
40 INCH wall TV complete the equipment.
WiFi is available for free.
2 bikes will be provided for free if available.
In addition to the tourist tax there is a cleaning fee of € 16 and a
small utility fee of € 3 per day for the whole apartment
