The Bed & Breakfast is located in Civitanova Marche, near the exit of the expressway Valdichienti just minutes from the A14. Located on the first floor of a detached house, surrounded by private garden, the B & B has two double bedrooms with the possibility, upon request, to add any beds. The rooms are spacious and bright, also have balconies. Guests can use the TV in the rooms in an adjacent lounge where you can also connect to the Internet and access the refrigerator for a cool drink.

Building is located in a strategic place in the city, the sea is just a few minutes, as the city center and thoroughfares (A/14, speedway, state). Around the corner is the bus stop for transport in the city. Civitanova, a seaside tourist destination, was awarded the Blue Flag this year: the south waterfront decorated with greenery, playgrounds and bike path, is the closest to the Bed & Breakfast. The beach is served by numerous bathing establishments where you can have both lunch and dinner, and some even throughout the year.
