The modern style villa recently restructured, with large outdoor park and is located on a hill with stunning views of the Adriatic sea from which to admire the sunrise on one side and the mountains of Maiella from which enjoy fiery sunsets on the other.
The villa is near a major nursing home: Villa Serena.
Two private and independent rooms, located opposite each other with a shared bathroom are on the upper floor which is accessed by an internal staircase.
The rooms are furnished in a simple but modern with flat panel TV and a minibar, wardrobe and a double bed.
Both have a large terrace overlooking the sea.
The internet connection is available throughout the hotel.
The bathroom is outside the rooms, communal.
It has a bath and shower, towels, hair dryer and detergents for personal hygiene "Cults".
Breakfast, based on fresh products and homemade, is served downstairs on the patio when it is hot, inside if the weather is not suitable.
Guests have access to the spacious lounge with a rich collection of books and the outdoor gardens with sun beds and umbrellas.
