B&B is in Casnate con Bernate ( Como ) only 15 minutes far from Como, 20 minutes from Switzerland and 50 from Milan. It’s close to the motorway exit ( Fino Mornasco ) and at 1 km from the railway station that links Como to Milan. A public bus service brings easily to downtown.

B&B is in a courtyard, right in the heart of Casnate village, and faces one side over its huge public park, offering the chance to be in the center but, at the same time, in the green and relaxing nature of its landscape.
The double room is at the second floor and faces over the courtyard with a comfortable and large terrace; a deck chair and a drying rack are available for the guests.
TV and internet link are available in the room, as well.
The wide and bright bathroom has to be shared with the triple room .

Traditional italian breakfast will be served to our welcomed guests.
One car parking stall belongs to the B&B. No animals are allowed.
