Cascina, Bed & Breakfast cascina

Cascina was an ancient fortified village, located in the middle of Pisa valley. Today it encloses an area with a lot of historical monuments, old style villas and the downtown area still holds the old city walls and their towers. Over the years the city was expanded along the Tosco-Romagnola road which connects the center of Cascina with the one of Pisa, without a visible interruption between the two cities.
Our B&B is located Titignano suburb along the Tosco-Romagnola, just midway between the center of Cascina and the one of Pisa, in a residential area. It is less than 10 minutes away from the center of Pisa and from its most important touristic sites, hospital and university facilities.
Our facility is a single mansion optimally connected through public transportation (CPT bus stop at less than 100 ft.), bicycle road and the FI-PI-LI (Florence-Pisa-Livorno) highway. All this gives our facility the tremendous advantage to be in the middle of the Pisa province and in a strategic position with regard to the other Tuscany cities.
It is only 2 ½ miles away from Cisanello hospital and Pisa CNR, reachable in 5 minutes by car or 10/15 minuts by bus; less than a mile from Polo Tecnologico and FI-PI-LI highway which allows to get in Florence in about 45 minutes, Versilia in about 30 minutes and Marina di Pisa's beaches in about 15 minutes. It is also possible to get to neighbouring services by the bicycle road along the Tosco-Romagnola or the Arno riverside.
Only few yards away there are also different commercial services, such as pharmacy, bar, laundry, rotisserie, newsstand, pizzeria, etc.).
Walking or driving about ½ mile you will get to the Navacchio shopping center (mall) which Centro dei Borghi"(Ipercoop), Decathlon, Mercatone Uno, Scarpe & Scarpe, Piazza Italia, Desio e Robè.
The double room, usable also as single room or with two single beds, has an autonomous entrance which allows the maximum privacy. The room is equipped with a private internal bathroom with shower, TV and WI-FI connection. The breakfast, "do-it-yourself" type, is available in the room thus to allow the miximum privacy and the availability all around the clock.
Outside there is the house garden, a relax area and the private parking.
