The house is newly renovated and furnished with personalized touches in a historic style. It consists of a bedroom, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, satellite TV, fridge, oven, washing machine, iron and large kitchen furnished with all the required tools, and barbecure and outdoor patio for dining al fresco, private parking and ample green space for children. Included in the price are all fees for water, electricity, gas, heating, linen and final cleaning.
