The B&B is in a sixteenth-century house restored by the present owners in 1999, set in a small medieval hamlet called Buggiano (Pistoia), which is situated between Florence and Lucca. Five rooms are set aside for the guests, adorned with sixteenth-century frescoes, antiques and affording a view of the hamlet and the surrounding hills. Each room has its own private bathroom with shower. The railway station of Montecatini Terme is at 4 km, Florence at 50 km, Pisa at 49 km, Lucca at 24 km, Collodi at 9 km, San Gimignato at 68 km and the “Cinque Terre” region, in the province of La Spezia, at 86 km. During summer, guests may use the outer kitchen and the landlords are willing to prepare meals with the typical local products on request.
