Brisighella, Bed & Breakfast RIO CO

A completely restored early eighteenth century windmill where the rooms are in an independent restructured building. There are two triple rooms and two double rooms. They all have private bathrooms with shower, independent entrance from the garden and satellite TV. Breakfast is served is the large bright room that has all the features of the rustic Romagna. The large fireplace gives the room a warm relaxing atmosphere on cold winter days. In summer however, breakfast is served on the wooden veranda next to the house. The B&B is in the Brisighella commune (Ba) 7 km from the province of Florence. It is an excellent spot for visiting the renaissance splendour of Florence 70 km away or the magnificent byzantine mosaics in Ravenna 35 km away. Another popular tourist spot is Faenza, 20 km away, with its international ceramic museum. A visit must be paid to the medieval hamlet of Brisighella with its Rock and medieval festivals which are among the most beautiful in all of Italy. It is also in an ideal location for visiting events like the Bologna Trade Fairs, the San Marino Gran Premium at Imola and the international motorbike circuit at Mugello.
It is within easy reach of nature parks like the Casentinesi Forests.
