This Bed & Breakfast, renovated in September 2012, is located on the second floor of a seventeenth-century palace, in Rome’s charming quarter named Monti, at a stone's throw from Coliseum, the Roman Forum, Trajan's Market, the Victorian and the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore
Cool bars, fashion shops, small restaurant, artisan shops as well as a renowned school of jazz make the area very attractive.
We are at just one metro stop from Termini Rail Station (Metro B, Direction Laurentina, Cavour stop).
Like many ancient buildings the building has no lift, however the steps are low and we are always willing to lend a hand with your luggage.

The atmosphere is intimate, the owners of the B&B live in the apartment and we are at your disposal for any need or request.
We welcome you and we will take care of you personally, we can also help you book excursions, museums, exhibitions, concerts, theaters and restaurants.

Children younger than 3 years who sleep in the same bed as their parents stay free.
For safety reasons, the B & B does not allow smoking. However, there is a small flowered balcony where lovers of tobacco ......... can take a breath of air.

Each room has its own en- suite bathroom with shower cabin and is equipped with hairdryer, safe, courtesy kit and free Wi-Fi.

A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 3.50 per person, per night, up to 10 nights, and has to be paid cash. This tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age.
We have agreements with bars, restaurants, taxi companies and First Aid Medical Services (private services to be paid).
