The B&B is located in the campus of Monteroni di Lecce, newly renovated specifically to accommodate those who need to work, study or want to spend their holidays by the sea, in fact, is only a few miles from the beautiful beaches of the Ionian Sea and the Adriatic Sea, both in the city, because it is about 6 KM from Lecce town.
Inside the structure there is a studio with free wi fi and printer for those who need to study and work at any time of year. The B&B is located near the University of Salento. It is composed by 2 double rooms n elegant with en-suite bathroom and a double room with private bath, all with free Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning.
There is also a large room to savour typical Salento breakfast with homemade sweets by the owner and collect from the garden, equipped with tables and chairs, barbecue, the biological seasonal fruits. There is also a large veranda where you can enjoy coffee and relax.
