Our home has always been open wide to entertain and pamper our friends and now we are more then happy to do even better with our guests, making you feel as you were at home, to guide you into unforgettable holidays and, why not, make some new friends!

The house is built inside a nice green area in Magra Valley, aside from the road that takes from Lerici to Bocca di Magra, easily reachable by car taking off the Highway A12 Genova-Rosignano at Sarzana Exit; from there it is only 5 km!

Nearby (200 m) local bus stop links you to Sarzana (10 min.) and La Spezia (35 min.).

All rooms and outfit of the house have been recently restructured, including the private bathrooms, which now have great and comfortable showers and include all you need (hairdryer/hair press, bathroom kit, detergents and iron). Free WIFI

Our rooms are quite wide (more then 16 square meters), with private bath (6 square meters) and are very well positioned: a short distance from Sarzana (5 km), Lerici (5 km), Bocca di Magra, Tellaro and the famous Cinque Terre (can be easily reached also with public transportation). The rooms are newly furnished, with country style. Both rooms have a little fridge and a kettle to prepare a nice cup of tea; all linen is of great quality.

Breakfast is served in our living room or, during summer if requested, in our little flowered garden. Part of the garden is at complete disposal of our guests, so that you can relax between a nice swim in our clean and warm seawater and a visit to one of our beautiful villages. Furthermore, you can also dispose of a relax room, where you will find 42” TV, books and guides, plus our WII console and several board games.
