B&B is ideally located 5 km from Pisa, close to the sea, the mountains and the countryside. Because of its location, just about 1 km from the entrance of the Fi-Pi-Li highway, guests can easily visit many beautiful towns and cities famous for their artistic patrimony such as Florence, Lucca, Volterra, S. Gimignano and Siena and experience a true Tuscan dream holyday. Furthermore, guests can enjoy the beautiful Tuscan landscapes while tasting excellent wines and tasty dishes.
Close to the B&B, buses are available to go to the Centre of Pisa running every 15-20 minutes, while thermal baths, spa and swimming pool are located around 10 Km from the structure.

B&B offers two single rooms and a double room. The double room is fashioned in a Tuscan style with a balcony and a private kitchen. The big family bathroom is shared with the other guests.
During their stay guests will have access to the big living room where breakfast is served and to a smaller living room where they can relax, enjoy the owner music collection, reading, watch TV or enjoy to the lovely and private backyard garden.
