Il B&B si trova nel tranquillo quartiere di Monteverde Vecchio sul colle del Gianicolo a pochi passi da Trastevere.
E' situato in un villino del 1920 (liberty), al piano rialzato con giardino adiacente.

Le due camere sono poste in un appartamento elegantemente e confortevolmente arredato con mobili d'epoca e vetrate colorate stile liberty. Le camere sono ampie, doppie o matrimoniali, con possibilità di aggiunta di un terzo letto su richiesta. Ogni camera ha a disposizione un bagno moderno con vasca e/o doccia e asciugacapelli.
La colazione è servita in una bella sala, e nella buona stagione, è possibile usufruire del giardino. Anche la lavatrice e la cucina sono a disposizione.

Data la posizione, il nostro ospite può raggiungere facilmente (anche a piedi) luoghi molto belli e significativi: la grande villa Pamphili, il panoramico parco del Gianicolo, Trastevere, il Vaticano, Il Centro Storico.

We had a lovely stay. Our host came around for breakfast each morning to make coffee and chat in a mix of French/Italian/English, discussing the sights of Rome and great places to eat. He even gave us a lift into Rome on one of the days. Well maintained traditional appartment. Thanks for a memorable few days!

Excellent location--nous avons marché partout. Très confortable -- lit, espace, salle de bains, etc. Une belle masison. Très tranquille -- on a bien dormi. One of the best places I have ever been! A real charming corner of Rome, with its historic and quite neighbourhood on the top of the hill. The host is extremely helpfull and pleasant. Even though it's out of historic center, the place is very well connected to the heart of Rome.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Sie war uns nur leider etwas zu weit entfernt vom Stadtzentrum. Es wäre hilfreich gewesen, wenn man vorher genau wüßte, wo die Buslinie entlang fährt, also wo auch die anderen Haltestellen sind; dass z.Bsp. auch die Straßenbahn Linie 8 bis Trastevere fährt und man am Ministerium umsteigen kann in die Buslinie 75. Es war etwas mühsam sich in der großen Stadt erst einmal zu orientiern.

La casa esta muy cerca de la estación a la que llega el tren desde el aeropuerto. Está algo alejada del centro pero muy bien comunicada y se puede ir andando también. Nos encantó la casa. La habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa, el aseo muy completo y grande. La limpieza excelente. El dueño muy agradable. Se preocupa porque la estancia sea agradable y da muchas comodidades. También es un punto a resaltar los fantásticos desayunos. Un sitio muy recomendable.

Highly recommended. Beautiful house in a calm area. Large bedrooms. Perfectly clean. 10 minutes walk from the railway station for the airport. 10 minutes walk to the lively Travestere area otherwise you can walk to the city centre in less than 30 minutes. Buses & a tram line for the city centre are less than 10 minutes walk. The host Giovanni is very welcoming & can give you lots of information.

Merveilleux accueil de Giovanni qui a su nous faire partager son amour de Rome. Une adresse pour tous les amoureux de culture, d'art, d'histoire, et le plaisir de loger dans un vrai quartier de Rome, loin des touristes et dans une villa 1920! Le centre de la ville et la partie antique sont facilement accessibles en bus et/ou tramway. La partie nord de Rome i.e. Villa Borghese sont plus difficiles d'accès. Un excellent séjour!

Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, das Frühstück hervorragend und reichhaltig. Signore Laura hat sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert, uns bei unseren Ausflügen beraten und Insidertipps gegeben und uns einmal sogar mit seinem Privatwagen zu einem wunderschönen Aussichtspunkt gefahren. Wir wurden durch Giovanni sehr nett betreut und haben unseren Aufenthalt in Rom unbeschwert geniessen können. Die Lage des B & B ist ideal in der Nähe von TRASTEVERE und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Les ++ : très bon accueil, propriétaire très sympathique et bon emplacement dans le quartier calme et résidentiel de Trastevere. Proche des transports (tram et bus), petit déjeuner avec viennoiseries du jour (uniquement sucrées). Les - : B&B comprenant 2 chambres, les salles de bain ne sont pas dans les chambres, il faut traverser un couloir, petit bémol : la porte vitrée qui ferme la chambre pour l'intimité. En bref, je vous recommande cet endroit.

The host was very friendly! He even brought us with his car to the Vatican City, when there was a strike by public transport! It was nice to talk with him about Rome. We only missed an easy chair in the bedroom. We had a nice stay in this quiet part of Rome.

Eine wunderbar ruhig gelegene, sehr komfortable, gepflegte Unterkunft, die von einem äußerst charmanten Herren geführt wird, der sich sehr um das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste bemüht. Das historische Stadtzentrum ist leicht in einem ausgedehnten Spaziergang oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, von der nahe gelegenen Bushaltestelle aus, zu erreichen.

Heerlijk rustig plekje, ontzettend aardige gastheer, privacy, lekker ontbijt, mooie kamer. In de buurt zitten wat leuke restaurantjes. Wel een stukje van de stad af. Taxi's zijn in Rome gelukkig goedkoop.

Excellente chambre d'hôte. Accueil généreux et chaleureux de Giovanni le propriétaire. Chambre soignée et spacieuse. Petit déjeuner délicieux (viennoiseries fraiches). Emplacement éloigné du bruit, mais accès au centre très facile par bus à proximité(10 mn du centre). Que du bonheur !

belle maison de charme dans un quartier calme agréable aéré et fleuri( quartier Gianicolo ; Vatican à pied ) bien désservi par le bus- Idéal pour 2 couples amis ou famille , BB très vaste avec 2 grandes chambres et 2 SDB-WC mais non attenantes aux chambres + grand salon et cuisine.Par chance, nous étions seuls pour 120m2+ joli jardin...très bon séjour

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der eleganten,komfortablen kleinen Villa mit hübschem Garten in der ruhigen Wohngegend sehr geschätzt.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf und Verkehrsanbindung sind in nächster Nähe. Nette, sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter bieten eine Wohnung mit zwei Doppelzimmern im familieneigenen Haus. Schöne Lage im italienischen (Villen-)Wohnviertel; Altbau mit Zitronen- und Granatapfelbaum im Garten; von Trastevere in 10 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen; Bus um die Ecke.

Belle chambre dans une belle demeure située dans quartier calme, peut-être un peu éloigné des endroits animés (on ne peut pas tout avoir!). Les propriétaires sont d'une extraordinaire gentillesse. A recommander.

We were welcomed so well by Laura and her Mother and Father. Nothing was too much trouble. We found the arrangements, location and the accommodation excellent and would certainly want to return should we return to Rome.

I proprietari sono stati veramente molto ospitali. Abbiamo apprezzato il confort offerto dalla casa confortevole e calda. Tutto nuovo:asciugamani, lenzuola tazzine e posate. Al mattino ci hanno portato le paste fresche. Grazie di cuore!
