Pugnano is a small village in the middle between the beautiful cities of Lucca and Pisa. Close to the rocky shore around Livorno and the beaches of the charming Versilia. On the doorstep of the thermal baths centers in the hills around Pisa and of the natural Parks of “Apuane” and “Garfagnana”. The holiday farm is a renovated farmhouse dated back to 1832 that dominates the Pisa's valley and its “Piazza dei Miracoli” (“Miracles square”) all the way up to Livorno. Set in the middle of olive trees, it’s the ideal location for relaxing holidays surrounded by nature. There are three double rooms available, two of which situated in a rural annexed detached from the manor house: they are large and bright with roomy bathroom with shower. They have both a private panoramic emplacement with gazebo, table and chairs. The third double room is in the manor house and it’ bright and roomy, with the bathroom shared with the owner. All the guest have access to the main panoramic terrace in front of the manor house. The rooms have all ceiling ventilators (no AC). Because of a owners’ ethical choice, there’re no TV in the rooms. All the rooms will give you a warm welcome with a country-style furnishing and wood rafted ceilings. Each room has a large table where the guests can have breakfast quietness and in privacy, or if the weather is not good. In the sunny days the breakfast is served outside on the panoramic terrace. Our traditionally home baked bread and cakes characterize your breakfasts, enjoyed in the shadows of the olive trees.
