The house (sleep 4-5 people) -restored according to the traditional style of Umbrian country side cottages - is composed by a large living room with kitchenette, a sleeping area (hallway with door separates the living from the night area) with two bedrooms, a large bathroom with tube and a portico of around 20 sm.
Outside: Large area paved with porphyry tiles, fireplace and wood stove, pergola with well.

The house is located at about 500 meters above sea level in the middle of a lush land cultivated with olive trees. It is an ideal place to relax in the nature away from any pollution. Every window offers a splendid view of the Tiber valley with its villages and wild nature . Access is controlled by an electric gate.
It is approximately 1 km from the center of Lugnano, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Central Italy where you can visit and admire - among the others - the splendid Collegiata Church (XII century, Romanic style), San Francesco’s monastery as well as many other historical buildings and monuments. Small spa with thermal water at about 7 km, swimming pool and shopping area about 500 meters.
In its surrounding are located ancient villages and natural beauties like the town of Amelia, the Marmore waterfalls, the castles of Giove and Alviano.

It is35 km from the town of Terni, Orvieto and Viterbo. Todi, Spoleto, Perugia and Rome are also reachable within a range of 100 km at the maximum.
