Bed and Breafast Rome: the painting of an Empire

From September 24 2009 until January 17, 2010 the Scuderie del Quirinale Museum of Rome hosts the exhibition called "Rome, the painting of an Empire. This is a selection of works from the imperial period that will show what has been their impact on art Western: frescoes, mosaics and miniatures on glass, portraits in encaustic on wood and marble designs.
