A 350 square metre bungalow accessible for wheelchairs in Monterazzano just 6 kms from the centre of Viterbo and 3 kms from the famous Terme dei Papi where guests of the B&B can avail of special discounts. The village of Monterazzano dates back to the beginning of the 1900's. It overlooks the town of Viterbo and house guests can enjoy the wonderful views of Viterbo to the north and on clear days, the sea 40 kms to the south. The house is surrounded by 3 hectares with pine trees, cedar trees, cypress trees, magnolias, olive trees and others. Guests are offered three twin bedrooms with private bathroom with shower, TV and a terrace. The rooms are elegantly furnished with antique furniture. Breakfast is served by the owner in the garden in good weather and in the dining room during the winter. Guests will soon be also offered bungalows that sleep from three to six people. They are made up of bedroom, kitchen, veranda and bathroom. Shuttle service is available on request.
