A two level house with outside space, surrounded by Palermo countryside offering wonderful views of the gulf of Palermo 3 km from the sea. This B&B is particularly suitable for those interested in learning about Sicilian history, culture, monuments and cooking. Located within easy reach of Palermo, Monreale, Bagheria with its Baroque houses, Cefalù, Agrigento with it Valle dei Templi, Trapani with its wonderful salt mines, Erice and Taormina. Guests can avail of two double bedrooms with a panoramic balcony and a twin bedroom with terrace, and a single room with a lovely view. All the rooms are tastefully decorated. There are two bathrooms, one on the first floor with shower, the other on the ground floor with shower and tub exclusively for guests' use. All the rooms have TV, fan and central heating. Breakfast is made by the owner and served where the guests wish (patio, living room, dining room). Guests can also prepare their own breakfast in the inside kitchen or the patio kitchen. Facilities for guests: sun room, kitchen with wood burning oven, satellite TV, Internet point, computer point, games point, reading room, external patio and private car park. Excursions all over Sicily can be organized by car or by boat (max 5 peoplei). The b&b is 12 kilometres from the old town centre of Palermo, 1200 metres from the nearest bus routes. On arrival and departure owners transfer guests to and from the centre of Palermo. On agreement, half board can be arranged with typical dishes prepared by the owners.
