Viareggio, on northern Tuscany Coast, is a famous tourist resort, known for her seaside with sand beaches 7 km long, for the famous Shipyards, for Carnival and Puccini Festival.
In a lovely liberty-villa, in center town, close to seaside (200m), an entire stair (mansard) is available. 52 square meters, very well furnished, separated by a sliding-door and a stair, is an open-space with bedroom, living room with TV, a little study in a corner and an independent bathroom with a shower and a stair.

Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Apuan Alps, Cinque Terre are close to Viareggio, you can easily join these historic cities by car or train.
