Surrounded by greenery, a few miles from the center of Vezzano and about 8 km from La Spezia and the sea, this B & B offers guests an ideal starting point to the prettiest villages in Liguria as Portovenere Riomaggiore (about 20 km distance) and Tuscany (Versilia is easy to reach. Forte dei Marmi is about 45 km). The house that houses the property was built in the traditional and eco using brick, lime, chestnut and larch. The water is heated by solar energy and heating is integrated in the pavement, while in summer the temperature right is guaranteed by the isolation of the walls in wood fiber which can not use annoying conditioners. The B & B offers guests two double rooms with private bath to which you can request a third bed (please call the call center for assistance). Breakfast is served on the veranda or in the living room where a fridge, TV, Internet connection, relaxation area with stereo. There is also a barbeque to prepare independently of tasty grilled.
