Bed and Breakfast is located in a city's strategic point, on the main avenue leading from the highway exit of Verona South to the city center, passing the Fair.
On the top floor of a modern glass building, it overlooks the fairgrounds and offers a wide view of the city.
Modern and equipped with all amenities, B&B offers guests rooms with private bathrooms, TV, air conditioning. In the common room full breakfast is available in full independence. Private covered parking spaces are available.
The exits of Verona South and the freeway are just within 1 km, the railway station is connected by a bus which stops right in front of us. It takes a few minutes to get downtown (Arena, Piazza Erbe, Teatro Romano, Juliet's house, etc...)

A4 Highway Milano - Venezia, take the exit Verona Sud towards the center. At the traffic lights go straight on, you are already in Viale del Lavoro. The number 33 is located about 300 meters on the right. Point of reference: Sign "Comet" visible on the right just before the entrance to B&B. Distance 1.2 km from the Highway exit, travel time about 3 minutes.
